Is a small set of AI queries enough to assess a brand’s reputation?

In brief

A small AI query set can detect a specific error, but it cannot by itself establish a brand's overall reputation. Its coverage depends on the selected entities, audience needs, platform conditions, and phrasing. Repeating a narrow set many times reduces one kind of uncertainty while leaving untested subjects unseen.

A representative design covers consequential decisions: discovering a provider, checking a shortlist, investigating a concern, and understanding current business facts. Give products, markets, languages, and executives separate treatment when they create distinct information needs. Consequential questions belong in the design even when measured volume is low.

Distinguish a targeted diagnostic from a broader benchmark. Label a test of ten prompts about one executive claim by those questions and conditions, and use broader audience research for customer perceptions. Maintain stable questions for comparisons over time and document exploratory tests for new gaps. State the tested conditions, observations and scope of each result.
